A couple friends of mine recommended the Good Guys to me and I am very pleased with their service. First, there was no hassle in getting an early appointment for my annual service. Second, Billy Edwards did an extensive cleaning job I have never seen done by my old service. Third, Billy is a nice guy who gave me a clear and understandable answer to my questions. I will continue to have them do my System maintenance.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. After assessing both my ac units and furnaces the next morning after I called he was able to get one going to hold us over. He got us pricing right away for two new systems at a fair price and him and his team were very professional. We had a quote the next day after he came out and was able to do the install the same week. I would highly recommend them and appreciate the great customer service.

Good guys should really upgrade their name to Great Guys. They were incredibly helpful, courteous and quick! My AC was fixed in less than half an hour when another company told me I needed to replace it. I will absolutely 100000% use them for my next AC repair or replacement, and because of the excellent service and friendly technician, I’ll use them for plumbing too. I can’t say enough good things, so I’ll just tell you not to hesitate, book with Good Guys!

We were very impressed with Good Guys. We had several companies come to our home for consultation meetings. Todd, with Good Guys, got back in touch with us the same day with a quote. We knew if he got back with us that quick, then he would be good at getting back with us when we need something with our HVAC system. We were very pleased with the clean up after our new furnace/AC were installed. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend their services. I’m so glad that I found Good Guys. They gave me great recommendations and suggestions about my old AC to make it through two very hot summers until I was ready to purchase a new one.
